When a group of kids were asked what they think about marriage, this is what they had to say:
How do you decide who to marry?
No person really decides before they grow up who they’re going to marry. God decides it all the way before, and you get to find out later who you’re stuck with.
~ Kirsten, 10
How can a stranger tell if two people are married?
You might have to guess, based on whether they seem to be yelling at the same kids.
~ Derrick, 8
What would you do on a first date that was turning sour?
I’d run home and play dead. The next day, I would call all the newspapers and make sure they wrote about me in all the dead columns.
~ Craig, 9
How would you make a marriage work?
Tell your wife that she looks pretty even if she looks like a truck.
~ Rick, 10
Quote on Marriage:
“A man and a woman promise to go through sickness and illness and diseases together.” ~ Marlon, 10

LOL @ You might have to guess, based on whether they seem to be yelling at the same kids 🙂
~ But it does make sense, doesn’t it? 😀
LOL – I asked my son in Canada if he would like me to find him a nice muslm Egyptian wife, he said thats not what he wanted. So I asked him, what do u want in a wife then? He told me, laughing, he wants a wife who is a klutz (falling down, bumping into things) I asked him, why? He said, so I can laugh at her. HAHAHHAHAHA I still laugh when I think of that conversation.
~ LOL, he wanted someone who could make him laugh 😀 Kids!
LOL, oldies but goodies.
~ Yeah, can’t help but laugh each time I read them 🙂

hehe liked the one with “yelling at the same kids” now that’s a great sign 😛
~ And a highly accurate one too 😀
Kirsten surely explained about “matches made in heaven”!! 😀
Ahem…Aadil, doesn’t the shair goes like …
jugnoo ku din ki roshni mein parakhnay ki zid kareen
bachay hamaray ehad kay chalak hoo gaiey
I am not sure myself though….
Hmmm, between “phoolo’n” and “jugnoo”, I think it’s the latter that “pharakta hai” 😀
Of course, I’m not sure either!
Awww.
Kids say the funniest stuff!
LOL@the kid who would play dead if the date wouldn’t work out.The lengths he’d go to, even tell the newspapers to write about him!!
😀
~ I wonder how kids know about the obituaries section of a newspaper at such a young age!
Masha’Allah, this is why children are a blessing! LOL I love the “tell your wife she is pretty even if she looks like a truck” one!
~ True, kids can just brighten up your day! 🙂
